"After working at Legacy,
I noticed that my style had changed in and outside the classroom.
I gained confidence in setting up a culture of mutual respect and
discovery in the classroom, and became more willing to initiate change
in the larger school community. The year-round staff at Legacy also
gave me the sense that what I took from Legacy was not in excess of
what I offered."
