For the past 30 years, parents and organizations have chosen our international summer camp because they are confident in our commitment to safety, high quality education, and global awareness. We know selecting a residential program is a big decision and we are ready to answer any questions you have. Hear parent, Sal Tauhidi shares his experiences with GYV and tells why he chooses GYV for his children.
To Speak with Other Parents:

GYV was a great experience for my son both years. He was encouraged to develop his leadership capacity and enhanced his knowledge of other cultures. He was elected class co-president for this year. He’s made friends from all over the world that he plans to visit and keep in touch with. His confidence and ability to communicate across cultural and ethnic borders has grown through this experience.
The day after my son came home he said, “I think I am a better person from that camp.” He couldn’t quite put it into words why he was better, but I have noticed him being more cooperative- I think he got a reality check at camp learning about so many other teens’ lives.
