We believe in sustainable living.  As part of that, we serve a predominantly vegetarian diet – we serve meat a few times during Special Events. Our chefs balance providing participants with new, exciting dishes with comforting familial foods.  Kitchen staff and participants even may step outside to the organic vegetable garden to pick veggies and herbs for your meal!

Have any dietary restrictions? No problem. The kitchen crew can accommodate you. Your meals will be fresh, healthy and delicious!
